What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing, sometimes called silk screen printing, uses a custom prepared stencil. The part of the design that is to be printed transferred to a screen that is made up of silk, nylon or a stainless-steel mesh. This process is similar to developing a picture. Once the screen has been "burned" with the design it allows ink to pass through the area specific to the design, but not through the other part of the stencil. The stencil is contained inside a frame usually made of wood or metal. Ink is forced through the screen area with a rubber squeegee which then makes the impression on the garment. The final step is the image is set by heat into the garment and the garment is now ready for you to wear!

- Minimum Order of 6 items.
- Each color requires its own screen. Dark colored shirts usually requires a white underbase, which is an additional color: $10.00 per screen, which includes film, exposure time, supplies, registration and cleanup.
- PMS Color matching: $10.00 per color.
- We are happy to screen print on your own product but please be aware there is a 20% surcharge on product brought in via the customer.
- Nylon, Mesh Jerseys, other synthetics have a 50% surcharge to the print cost.
- When printing on darker items, please remember a white base will need to be applied first, this will result in 1 additional color charge.
- Art work must be submitted in a format that is print ready. We do need the art work color separated.
- In-house art work can be done for an additional charge, please inquire about this service.
- Process times are 7 working days from date order is confirmed.
- All orders must be paid in full before they are released, unless prior credit terms have been approved. For your convenience we accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express, pre-approved checks and Cash.

- When printing on Customer Provided Garments, please note, we cannot be responsible for damage to garments. We do our best to provide you with a high quality product, therefore we prefer that we provide you with the garments.

How To Order
Ordering is simple. Go to the Contact Us portion of the web site and enter in all the required fields. We do not release your information to anyone, but we do ask that you give us as much detailed information as possible so that we can get you as much information back to you as quick as possible. Even if your artwork is not of print quality, please upload it so that we can begin the quote process. Also, if you have a garment in mind please fill out that portion of the request section. This allows for us to have the pricing ready for you.
We will contact you within 24 hours of your submission.
If additional artwork is necessary, we will let you know how long this process will take.
Once the art is complete, we will send you a proof for your approval.
After you have approved your design and layout, we will then begin the order process. You will also receive a scheduled ship or ready date.
